Mandhari is a Swahili word for scenery,view, sight. The owners of this recently completed hilltop home could not have found a more fitting name. From the veranda you will enjoy panoramic views of Carriacou and the out islands, which sweep through 270 degrees. Watch the small 9 seater planes landing and taking off, and the boats as they come and go. Relax with a cool drink as the sun dips below the horizon and watch for the fabled “green flash” or just enjoy the sunset. (See location 10 on the map of Carriacou )
On the pool sun deck you can relax and enjoy the view and you may even be lucky enough to have a rainbow in the pool!
Accommodation:
Open plan living/dining/kitchen area, furnished with locally made furniture, double doors lead from the living area and kitchen to the outdoor dining veranda. Very well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, full cooker and all you need to cater for 6 persons. On the main house level there are 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. On the lower, pool level is a third double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a laundry room. Please note there is no telephone at this property.
