Ballyhoo

Ballyhoo*, this beautiful, recently completed property, has the look and feel of a traditional Caribbean cottage. Replete with bright Caribbean colors throughout, light and airy, this house will transport you to a more relaxed time. Yet Ballyhoo includes all the amenities one could wish for comfort and convenience. The view from Ballyhoo is to the Southwest and west over Hillsborough Bay and the mountains at the south end of Carriacou, and includes Jack a Dan and Sandy Island. The house is within a two minute walk of either Tom’s Bay or Sparrow Bay beaches. It’s hillside location takes advantage of the prevailing cooling trade winds. Ballyhoo is the perfect spot for a few discriminating guests to reacquaint with one another and themselves. Accommodation:
On the main floor there is an open plan kitchen and living area opening onto a 40' southwest facing covered veranda. The house has three double bedrooms. One on the lower ground floor with twin beds, ensuite bathroom and covered deck with hammock and two on the main floor with king size beds and ensuite bathrooms with double vanity sinks and hot water shower. Double doors lead out from the bedrooms onto the covered verandas. In true Caribbean style, Ballyhoo has colourful shutters rather than glazed windows.

Facilities: Well equipped kitchen with all you need to cater for 6 persons Maid service 2 mornings per week. Ceiling fans and mosquito nets in the bedrooms CD Player and Cable TV Telephone. Linens and towels provided but bring your own beach towels. 8 minute walk through trees to daytime bus service to town. 8’ x 10’ x 6’ plunge pool with sun deck.
